Xentris Tech and Neona Tech in 104 seconds: the two-brand presentation

An immersive company presentation built on each brand's manual: what we do at Xentris Tech, what Neona Tech is born to do, and how we work. Plus how we produced it in one early morning with our own video factory.

Xentris Tech and Neona Tech in 104 seconds: the two-brand presentation

The video

The brief was simple: a company presentation that feels like a trailer, not a slide. It runs one minute and forty-four seconds in 16:9, and every screen follows the brand manual of the company it presents: Xentris in black, white and a violet accent; Neona in deep blue and cyan. Narration is in Spanish.

Two brands, one team

Xentris Tech is a brand of Xentris LLC, a U.S. company formed in Delaware, headquartered in New York with its team in Barranquilla, Colombia. We take repetitive work off companies' hands: process automation, applied AI and agents that work on their own, plus a studio that produces spots, presentations and social pieces.

Neona Tech is born in Barranquilla as a continuation of Xentris: next-generation solutions for companies in Colombia and Latin America, with eight service lines and a quality control system aligned with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001. Same team, two front doors: xentris.tech and neona.tech.

What's inside

  • Opening: both logos and one line: two brands, one team.
  • Xentris: the Delaware → New York → Barranquilla route, what we automate, and the Studio.
  • Neona: the official logo, the tagline and the eight service lines.
  • Quality: the three standards and a concrete promise: when you decide to certify, the evidence is already done.
  • Method and close: four working steps, both websites and the official tagline.

How it was made

There is one house rule: the animation follows the voice, never the other way around. First the script is written shot by shot, marking the word that triggers each on-screen element. Then the voice is produced and we read the exact instant each word is spoken. Only then do we animate.

  • Every screen is HTML using the manual's real typefaces and colors, not an imitation.
  • The scene is recorded frame by frame from the browser: 3,124 frames at 30 per second. Text comes out perfect and the result is identical every time.
  • Backgrounds are AI-generated clips we already had from other pieces, reused with slow zoom and color veils.
  • The mix: each shot's voice at its exact second, our own music ducking under the voice, and loudness normalized for social.

Total time: one early morning. Best part: changing a sentence means editing one file and re-recording; changing the voice means repeating from step two.

What's next

This same factory produces presentations for our clients: their brand, their voice, their services, in days rather than months. If you want one for your company, step one is telling us your idea at xentris.tech or neona.tech.
